As a Notary Public, I am qualified and authorised to witness
the execution of documents for use anywhere in the World,
and can advise on any additional formalities which may be
required. For private clients, these most often relate to
foreign property transactions, wills and litigation.
I can also certify translations where required (with the
cooperation of the Translator). I can help clients find
lawyers practising in foreign jurisdictions but do not
advise myself on compliance with foreign legislative
requirements, or, generally, draft documents for use abroad.
I charge a fee based on time, with a current minimum of 60
pounds, and no VAT.
