Ron Marsh says:  If you want to get your meat somewhere where the animals have been ethically raised then this is the place to go in Lancing. Nick sources his meat through 'Natural Farms', an organisation which certifies the animals / meat. Drop in to find out about it. Nick will be happy to tell you all about it, and you are assured a kind and friendly service. While you are there check out all the other stuff he sells like sauces, jams, chutneys, cakes, waffles and organic and free range eggs to mention a few. (You can also admire his handiwork in the form of some stunning model aircraft and ships!). Most importantly you can trust the meat is free from drugs and the animals are fed on proper food. In my opinion buying from sources not taking these things into consideration, especially supermarkets, means taking part in cruelty.
John  Dawkins says:  Nick has a wonderful friendly manner and ONLY sells quality meat and homemade pies. His meat is BRITISH and knows the source of everything he sells. You can read the certificates of purity and quality pasted on his window in North Lancing. He is a kind man and He is more than ready to give service with a smile. I have called at his shop when I had unexpected guests when he was already closed and had cleaned up. He still served me with a smile and a joke even though I caused him more work cleaning up again! His sausages are great as well!  Buy your xmas fare here.   You won't regret it.

Heather Wilson says: Lancing's only organic butchers.  Excellent service and I am a vegetarian (who has to shop for the rest of the family!)  I wish to feed my family and friends the safest meat and I have found it with a smile too!
Sue says:Nick Boyd is an excellent butcher and sells only the very cuts of meat etc. He is always friendly and helpful which in this day and age is pretty unusual. Nick takes an interest in all of his customers and gives the community a very good butchery service
