If someone in your family, a friend, a neighbour or someone at school, college or work is abusing themselves by using drugs or alcohol what can be done to help them?

Within the Adur District (which includes Lancing and Sompting) there is a Friends and Families of Drug/Alcohol Users Group that meets monthly to offer support to anyone who is affected by the drug or alcohol use of a friend or family member.
