Tree cutting at Lancing Ring

"I have a question, can anyone tell me why so many trees have been cut down up at Lancing clump. A lot of the trees that have been removed were perfectly  healthy, I realise that the undergrowth and new plants have to have room to breath and grow but surely too many trees have gone now, we need trees very badly. Anyone have any answers?"

"I don't know why the trees are being cut down up Lancing Clump but I do know that too many people are cutting down trees and shrubs in their gardens. The poor birds and other creatures are fast losing places to nest and find homes"
