The Joyfuls Club welcomes new members from the Lancing & Sompting area. We are a friendly crowd who enjoy a variety of activities every Tuesday fortnight, from 10am to 12 noon, at the Holy Family Catholic Church hall, North Road, Lancing. Call us on 01903 764577 |

DISABLED CHRISTIANS' FELLOWSHIP (DCF) provides support and friendship for disabled people; closely associated with several local churches, it offers a regular evening of fellowship, music, refreshment and ecumenical ministry, normally on the 2nd Monday of each month at the Shadwells Court Community Centre, Mash Barn Lane, Lancing, from 7.15 - 9.15 p.m. Speakers and activities vary from month to month - we take a break in August.
Autumn programme:- Anyone interested in DCF generally or who would just like to join us for this particular evening of entertainment and refreshments would be most welcome. We may be able to assist with wheelchair transport. Please call Jean Whale on 01903 754006 if further details are required |

 New Community Coffee Morning.
On Wednesdays at Sompting Community
Centre, in Loose Lane, is launching a
regular weekly coffee morning from 10am to 12
noon. Homemade cakes & beverages will be on
sale. Feedback on the Sompting Seniors survey
for Centre activities will be available. Contact

Seniors Club on Wednesday
mornings 10 till 12.30 at Sompting Community
Centre, Loose Lane, Sompting needs drivers.. Do
you know of anyone that would be willing to pick
up and drop off a number of our seniors in the
Lancing area. They pay £2 for coffee, biscuits
and light exercise class which they all adore.
There is also a chiropodist service – bookable
in advance. We would love to attract more
seniors also. They are a friendly lively bunch
who just need a bit of help to get to the venue
