SEASONAL INTERCHANGE by Michael Aitken
-
In Winter, when the trees are
bare,
- We mortals don our winter wear.
- In Spring, when trees begin to dress,
- We mortals then start wearing less,
- Until, for some, with Summer's heat
- The role reversal is complete.
