The Christian Churches of Lancing and Sompting came together from October 17th - 23rd 2005 for a week of prayer for our community. During the week one church stayed open daily from dawn until dusk so that anyone could enter to pray for those who live in and work in our area.
All were invited, through a leaflet delivered to 11,000 homes, to join Christians here as we prayed that the love of God revealed through Jesus His Son will change our community to reflect God's glory more and more deeply.
